A warm, modern supported living home offering four private bedrooms, bright shared spaces and a calm atmosphere. Set in a friendly part of South Leicester, it provides strong transport links and a structured environment ideal for young people who benefit from routine and daily support.

Grange

All homes follow clear safety standards with secure entry systems, CCTV in communal areas and fire safety equipment. Staff complete regular checks to ensure the environment remains safe, calm and supportive for every young person.

Who Our Homes Are For
PlatformUp homes are designed for young people who need a safe, structured environment with support to build independence. We work closely with local authorities so that every placement is clearly planned, proportionate to need and focused on positive, sustainable outcomes.

Referral and Matching
Every referral is reviewed on an individual basis, with a clear focus on safety, compatibility and outcomes. Matching and risk assessments are completed before any move‑in is agreed, so that each placement is safe, well considered and set up for success.
