PlatformUp homes are designed for young people who need a safe, structured environment with support to build independence. We work closely with local authorities so that every placement is clearly planned, proportionate to need and focused on positive, sustainable outcomes.

Referral and Matching

Every referral is reviewed on an individual basis, with a clear focus on safety, compatibility and outcomes. Matching and risk assessments are completed before any move‑in is agreed, so that each placement is safe, well considered and set up for success.
